PVC Sales Manager – West Africa

About the role

The PVC Sales Manager will drive growth of PVC products across West African markets. You will develop sales strategies, build strong customer relationships, and meet sales targets in the international PVC sector.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and target new international markets and customer segments for PVC products.
  • Conduct in‑depth market research, analyze trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners, ensuring high satisfaction.
  • Develop annual, quarterly, and monthly sales plans and budgets, and execute strategies to exceed targets.
  • Coordinate with production, logistics, and customer service to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms.
  • Promote PVC products at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.
  • Collaborate with marketing to create tailored materials for overseas markets.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, international trade, marketing or related field; master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in international sales, preferably in PVC or related chemical products.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in overseas markets.
  • Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Strong market analysis and strategic thinking.
  • Knowledge of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and logistics.
