About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Property Consultant to join our team in Ibadan South East. The role involves delivering expert real‑estate advice, assisting clients with buying and selling properties, and managing customer enquiries while building lasting relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct property tours and assess client needs.
• Provide tailored property solutions and advice.
• Handle customer inquiries and maintain strong client relationships.
• Negotiate property terms and close sales.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to meet business targets.

Required profile

• Strong consulting and real‑estate background with ability to deliver customized solutions.
• Effective communication and customer‑service skills.
• Proven sales expertise, including opportunity identification and negotiation.
• Professionalism, integrity and strong interpersonal abilities.
• Familiarity with the Ibadan South East real‑estate market (advantageous).
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Previous experience in real‑estate consulting or sales is a plus.
