Project Manager – Power & Digital Transformation

About the role

E‑Konsult is seeking a senior Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end delivery of power sector and digital transformation initiatives. You will coordinate internal engineering, product and technical teams with external vendors, EPC contractors and government agencies to ensure successful project outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, resource allocations and risk‑management strategies.
• Deliver projects on time, within scope, budget and quality standards.
• Coordinate internal teams and external partners including EPC contractors, OEMs and consultants.
• Act as primary liaison for clients, utility companies, government agencies and regulatory bodies.
• Build and maintain relationships with DisCos, GenCos, TransCos, IPPs and other key stakeholders.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and implement mitigation measures.
• Manage scope changes, stakeholder expectations and ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
• Prepare and present regular project updates, reports and executive briefings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing technology or digital transformation projects.
• Professional certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile or Scrum preferred.
• Proven experience delivering projects for public‑sector or government clients.
• Experience with enterprise software implementation or digital transformation initiatives; power‑sector experience is a strong advantage.
