Project Manager

About the role

Monas Consulting is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead real‑estate and construction projects in Lagos. The role involves planning, coordinating, and delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets and allocate resources.
• Oversee contractors, engineers, architects and vendors to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Monitor budgets, approve expenditures, track variances and implement cost‑saving measures.
• Ensure construction and finishing works meet design, BOQ and regulatory requirements.
• Provide regular progress, risk and financial reports to senior management and clients.
• Identify risks, develop mitigation plans and ensure safety and HSE compliance.
• Manage procurement, review contracts and negotiate with suppliers and contractors.
• Coordinate project close‑out, handover, snagging and post‑project evaluation.

Required profile

• BSc/HND in Engineering, Architecture, Building Technology or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in real‑estate or construction.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Strong leadership, negotiation and problem‑solving abilities.
• Must reside in Lekki‑Ajah and be available to start immediately.
