Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead interior fit‑out projects from start‑up to handover in Lagos. You will coordinate all on‑site activities, manage contractors and suppliers, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to high‑quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage interior fit‑out projects from commencement through completion and handover.
• Coordinate contractors, artisans, installers, suppliers and vendors.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, procurement plans and site activities.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality workmanship and compliance.
• Review completed works against approved drawings, specifications and finishing standards.
• Identify defects and quality issues early and drive corrective actions.
• Ensure correct delivery and installation of materials, furniture, fixtures and equipment.
• Track project progress, costs and outstanding actions; prepare reports, snag lists and handover documentation.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors and internal teams throughout execution.

Required profile

• Minimum HND in Building Technology, Construction Management, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Interior Design or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience managing construction, renovation, fit‑out or interior execution projects.
• Strong understanding of interior finishing works, joinery, furniture installation, ceilings, flooring, painting, lighting and MEP coordination.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent coordination, planning and organisational abilities.
• Proactive problem‑solving with a keen eye for detail and luxury‑level finishing standards.
