Project Coordinator III – Geophysical Vendor Operations

About the role

Habrams Energy Services is seeking a highly organised Project Coordinator III to support geophysical vendor field operations in Nigeria. The role involves coordinating office activities, managing documentation, and ensuring smooth communication between internal teams and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate office activities for geophysical vendor field operations.
• Support planning and coordination of internal and external project/proposal meetings.
• Prepare and distribute meeting minutes, maintain action logs, and follow up on action items.
• Produce weekly and monthly project reports, including KPIs, status updates, and close‑out reports.
• Assist the Project Manager with cost and schedule control in collaboration with the Project Controls Lead.
• Coordinate submission of invoices and timesheets to clients and review subcontractor invoices for payment processing.
• Manage project document control, including submissions, transmittals, and record retention.
• Coordinate issuance of subcontracts and purchase orders as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in project coordination or technical roles on large design‑and‑build projects.
• Strong understanding of project management processes; PMP certification is a plus.
• Experience working with general contractors and design subcontractors.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of integrity and ability to build trust within cross‑functional teams.
• Physically fit and able to meet health, safety, offshore, vendor, and country‑specific requirements.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with modern communication tools.
