About the role
Ascend Business School is seeking a full‑time Program Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of its educational programmes. Based in Lagos with hybrid flexibility, you will ensure a high‑quality learning experience for students while supporting faculty and stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate with faculty to design and schedule courses and workshops.
- Manage programme timelines, calendars, and administrative processes.
- Track student progress and intervene to maintain academic standards.
- Organise and facilitate events, research trips, and consultancy projects.
- Communicate effectively with students, faculty, and external partners.
- Identify opportunities for curriculum improvement and implement enhancements.
Required profile
- Proven experience in program management or project coordination within an educational or training setting.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent organisational and problem‑solving abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, or a related field; a master’s degree or relevant experience is a plus.
- Collaborative mindset with adaptability to a multicultural environment.
Required skills
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems.
- Experience using virtual collaboration tools.
