About the role
We are looking for a Product Manager to own problem discovery, roadmap execution, and cross‑functional delivery for key product lines. The role is based on‑site in Lagos and focuses on turning stakeholder needs into measurable product outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define problems, success metrics, and priority outcomes.
- Write clear product requirements and coordinate execution with engineering and design teams.
- Ship iteratively, communicating progress, risks, and trade‑offs.
- Leverage customer feedback and data to refine product direction.
Required profile
- Proven ability to deliver product outcomes in a fast‑moving environment.
- Strong written communication and structured thinking.
- Comfort with basic analytics and defining measurable success criteria.
- High ownership and excellent cross‑functional collaboration.
