Product Manager

About the role

The Product Manager will lead the strategic direction and commercial execution of assigned pharmaceutical brands. Reporting to senior leadership, you will be responsible for shaping product positioning, driving market growth, and overseeing the full product lifecycle in a fast‑moving healthcare environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement annual brand plans aligned with commercial objectives, including product positioning and value propositions.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and monitor healthcare policies to generate actionable insights.
• Lead end‑to‑end product launches, coordinating Sales, Regulatory, Medical, Supply Chain, Production, and Finance teams.
• Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring all promotional materials meet regulatory and ethical standards.
• Partner with the sales force to create tools, conduct field visits, and gather feedback to improve detailing effectiveness.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, healthcare professionals, and opinion leaders.

Required profile

• Senior‑level professional with at least 5 years (60 months) of experience in pharmaceutical product management.
• Proven track record of delivering brand growth, successful product launches, and market share gains.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate market data into strategic actions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across cross‑functional teams.
