About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our healthcare team in Lagos. You will work directly with patients to improve their mobility, reduce pain, and promote overall wellness through evidence‑based treatment plans.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and meet patients’ goals and needs.
• Offer cost‑effective treatments that improve motion and mobility.
• Reduce reliance on medication and provide alternatives to surgery.
• Develop individualized care plans using a variety of treatment techniques.
• Create fitness‑ and wellness‑oriented programs tailored to each patient.
• Provide quality, personalized, evidence‑based care.
• Motivate patients during treatment to help them function optimally.
• Promote a healthy lifestyle by improving strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.
• Collaborate with other health professionals and document patient care services.

Required profile

• Intensive education and clinical expertise.
• Ability to manage patients with different personalities.
• Current knowledge of treatment practices.

• Professional behaviour and excellent interpersonal communication skills.
