About the role
The Pharmacy Technician will work under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist to ensure accurate preparation and dispensing of medication. This full‑time, onsite position supports daily pharmacy operations and delivers high‑quality customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Count, measure, package, and label prescriptions accurately.
- Receive prescription requests, verify patient details, and enter data into the pharmacy system.
- Greet patients, answer phone calls, and hand out completed prescriptions.
- Contact doctors' offices or insurance companies to clarify prescription details and resolve billing issues.
- Restock shelves, monitor expiration dates, and order medical supplies.
Required profile
- Minimum qualification of HND or BSc.
- 1‑2 years of experience in a similar pharmacy role.
