Personal Sales Manager

About the role

The Padana Services is seeking a Personal Sales Manager to lead high‑volume consumer loan acquisition across public‑sector payroll channels. You will build relationships with government agencies, manage field sales networks, and ensure compliance with risk and recovery processes.

Key responsibilities

• Secure official permissions and payroll integration access for state and federal MDAs, including direct‑debit frameworks such as Remita and IPPIS.
• Deploy and supervise decentralized field sales teams, independent agents, and customer acquisition hubs across multiple zones.
• Design and execute high‑volume marketing campaigns, seasonal promotions, and bulk lending packages to drive loan sign‑ups.
• Oversee first‑level risk governance by verifying employment records, biometric numbers, and salary caps for public‑sector applicants.
• Monitor monthly salary payments and coordinate with recovery teams to mitigate delinquency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Public Relations or a related field.
• 5–8 years of sales experience in retail banking, consumer fintech or asset finance, focusing on public‑sector salary lending.
• Established network with labor unions, civil service leaders and ministry payroll officers.
