About the role
We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Personal Assistant to support the Managing Director of Terawork. The role involves managing schedules, handling communications, and ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the MD’s calendar, appointments, meetings and travel arrangements.
- Prepare reports, presentations, meeting minutes and correspondence.
- Screen calls, emails and other communications on behalf of the MD.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings and follow up on action items.
- Handle confidential documents and information with professionalism.
- Liaise with clients, vendors and stakeholders as required.
- Maintain filing systems and office records.
- Support day‑to‑day administrative and operational activities.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant or similar role.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.
