Packaging Associate – Order Preparation & Quality Control

About the role

We are looking for a diligent Packaging Associate to join our team in Lagos. The role involves preparing orders, ensuring product quality, and maintaining an organized workspace to support our retail and FMCG operations.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately pick and pack materials according to client orders and internal instructions.
• Inspect all products for defects or damage before packing.
• Wrap, label and prepare items for transit following company safety and handling guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace and assist with periodic inventory counts.
• Record packaging details and maintain logs as required.
• Meet daily output targets while maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail.

Required profile

• Minimum OND qualification.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar packaging or logistics role.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite, especially advanced Excel.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Strong emotional intelligence and teamwork skills.

What we offer
