Operations & Production Coordinator

About the role

The Operations & Production Coordinator will oversee the end‑to‑end production workflow for Jomivic Travel’s fashion line, ensuring orders are delivered on schedule and meet quality standards. Based in Marina, Lagos, the role bridges the gap between design, tailoring, and supply‑chain teams to keep operations running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily production schedules and monitor workflow to meet delivery deadlines.
• Track inventory levels, forecast raw‑material needs, and place requisitions.
• Liaise with tailors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to resolve bottlenecks.
• Maintain quality control checks and ensure customer specifications are adhered to.
• Prepare regular production reports and keep accurate records of output.
• Support senior management in achieving operational and business targets.

Required profile

• HND in Business Administration, Operations Management or a related discipline.
• 2–3 years of experience in operations, production coordination or project management, preferably in the fashion sector.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Residence near Onikan, Lagos Island or willingness to commute.
