About the role
The Operations Officer will manage the scanning, documentation and dispatch of parcels within our logistics hub. You will ensure accurate processing and maintain a clean, efficient work environment to meet daily targets.
Key responsibilities
- Scan and process parcels accurately using digital scanning devices.
- Document and update parcel information in the company system.
- Sort and organize parcels for dispatch and delivery.
- Maintain accurate shipment records and report any discrepancies or damages.
- Keep the work area clean, organized and safe.
- Collaborate with the operations team to achieve processing targets.
- Follow all operational and safety procedures.
Required profile
- Minimum OND qualification in any discipline.
- Comfortable working night shifts on a consistent basis.
- Physically fit and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehouse operations or e‑commerce is a plus.
