About the role
PwC is looking for an Office Services Associate to support the smooth operation of its physical workspaces. You will be part of the Infrastructure and Property team, ensuring that the office environment is efficient, comfortable, and aligned with the firm’s values.
Key responsibilities
- Receive and forward letters and packages to staff.
- Oversee procurement, storage, and inventory of office supplies, including pool‑car top‑up cards.
- Prepare and dispatch proposals and other documents in a timely manner.
- Hire and coordinate maintenance vendors for equipment repairs or replacements.
- Maintain systematic filing of important company documents.
- Prepare expense reports and manage office budgets.
- Ensure office equipment is functional and requisition new supplies as needed.
- Organise travel and accommodation arrangements for staff.
- Supervise daily cleaning activities and coordinate janitorial services.
Required profile
- First degree in any discipline with at least a Second‑Class Upper Division.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in an administrative role.
- Strong customer‑service orientation and communication abilities.
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Adaptable and willing to learn.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
