About the role

We are seeking a Mortgage and Home Finance Officer to guide clients through mortgage products, financing options and the homeownership journey. The role involves understanding client needs, explaining eligibility and processes, and coordinating with financial institutions and developers.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on mortgage products, financing options and homeownership pathways.
• Explain eligibility, documentation, costs, timelines and processes clearly.
• Guide clients through mortgage applications and documentation, coordinating with banks, developers and internal teams.
• Maintain accurate client records and provide timely updates throughout the process.
• Handle and professionally escalate client concerns and complaints.
• Support client engagement through campaigns, webinars and outreach.
• Stay updated on mortgage products, regulations and market trends.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business administration or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in mortgage advisory, banking, financial services or real estate consulting.
• Strong understanding of mortgage products and the Nigerian real estate/financial services sector.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with CRM or client management tools.
