Business Development Officer

About the role

We are looking for a driven Business Development Officer to grow our client base and secure Total Facility Management contracts across commercial and residential projects. The role involves market research, client pitching, and partnership development within the real estate sector.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct continuous market research to identify upcoming real estate projects, corporate relocations, and new business leads.
• Pitch Alpha Mead’s hard and soft facility management solutions to corporate executives, developers, and property asset managers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Develop and deliver business proposals, presentations, quotations, and other sales materials.
• Participate in client meetings, negotiations, and business pitches to secure new contracts.
• Follow up on leads, proposals, and opportunities to drive conversion.
• Collaborate with internal teams to design solutions that meet client needs.
• Negotiate commercial deals, finalize service level agreements, and secure profitable contracts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, Estate Management, or related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in business development or sales within a real estate environment.
• Previous experience working in the real estate industry is mandatory.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other business development tools.
• Strong understanding of the real estate, property management, and facility management sectors.

• Proven experience in lead generation, client acquisition, relationship management, and business development.
• Strong negotiation, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
