About the role
The Mechanical Engineer will lead project execution and supervise mechanical installations for Dayola Property and Development Company’s construction projects in Lagos. This full‑time position focuses on ensuring that all mechanical works are carried out safely, on schedule, and in line with approved designs.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee mechanical installations on site, ensuring compliance with drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and other engineering disciplines to maintain project timelines and quality standards.
- Monitor progress, resolve technical issues, and report status to senior management.
Required profile
- Minimum qualification of HND in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- At least 48 months (4 years) of experience in a similar mechanical installation supervision role.
- Mid‑level professional capable of managing site activities and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
