Marketing Team Lead

About the role

The Marketing Team Lead will drive the sales and marketing strategy for holiday club memberships, resort memberships, and holiday packages. You will lead a high‑performing team, use data‑driven tools, and ensure targets are consistently met.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a sales and marketing team to achieve targets.
• Drive sales of holiday club memberships, resort memberships, and holiday packages.
• Generate and convert leads through marketing campaigns and partnerships.
• Conduct sales presentations and close membership sales.
• Monitor team performance and provide coaching and training.
• Use CRM systems and AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot) to improve lead generation, customer engagement, and reporting.
• Prepare sales and marketing performance reports.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in holiday club, resort membership, hospitality, travel, or vacation ownership sales.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, hospitality, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven team leadership experience.
• Strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Experience working in a structured, target‑driven environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT and Copilot.
