Marketing Officer

About the role

Trinity Financial is seeking a Marketing Officer to drive its brand presence and support business growth in the competitive fintech and banking landscape of Lagos. The role will work closely with senior leadership to align marketing initiatives with the company’s strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing plans and campaigns that support business goals.
• Conduct market research, analyse trends and identify new growth opportunities.
• Plan, coordinate and manage promotional events, sponsorships and brand activations.
• Oversee creation and production of marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers and presentations.
• Maintain and update the company website and social media channels.
• Collaborate with sales teams to generate leads and support business development.
• Track, measure and report on campaign performance, ensuring brand consistency across all channels.
• Assist the team lead in developing and implementing strategic objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, finance or a related field.
• Minimum three years of relevant experience, preferably within fintech or banking.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and scale marketing initiatives.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting and performance management.
• Excellent communication, leadership and decision‑making skills.
