Marketing, Content & Digital Growth Manager

About the role

We are seeking a highly capable Marketing, Content & Digital Growth Manager to work directly with the principal across a diverse portfolio that includes technology (MSP), film, art, and a children’s book brand. Based in Lagos, you will own brand, content and growth strategy for four brands simultaneously, operating with a high degree of autonomy.

Key responsibilities

• Create daily content using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude and Higgsfield.
• Manage the GoHighLevel CRM, deploying campaigns, email sequences and marketing assets.
• Plan, launch and optimise paid advertising on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.
• Grow social media presence and conduct proactive LinkedIn outreach.
• Design graphics and edit short‑form videos using CapCut and Adobe Premiere.
• Develop brand guidelines and maintain a unified content calendar for all brands.
• Generate appointment bookings from cold prospects for the MSP offering.
• Produce weekly and monthly performance reports for stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing or content management.
• Daily, hands‑on use of AI content tools.
• Proven experience with GoHighLevel CRM.
• Strong track record of paid social advertising.
• Excellent written English for brand‑level communication.
• Self‑managed, organised and proactive work style.
