Marketing and Business Development Associate

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing and Business Development Associate to bridge our legal expertise with external reputation. The role will own the firm’s marketing initiatives, proposals, and award submissions, ensuring high‑impact visibility in key legal directories and client pitches.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the firm’s directory and awards strategy (Legal 500, Chambers & Partners, IFLR1000, Who’s Who Legal, etc.).
• Prepare and oversee high‑impact proposals, expressions of interest, and pitch materials for new mandates.
• Develop pitch strategy, client targeting, and messaging to win business.
• Design and execute the overall marketing strategy for the firm.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within a law firm or top‑tier professional services firm.
• Excellent business and legal proposal writing abilities.
• In‑depth knowledge of submission cycles for legal directories and rankings.
