About the role

We are looking for a Market Research Associate to support our research projects in the healthcare sector. The role involves stakeholder outreach, interview coordination, and data synthesis to inform strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Support stakeholder recruitment, outreach, and interview scheduling.
• Participate in semi‑structured interviews and produce clear, structured notes.
• Conduct literature, market, competitor, and desk research.
• Maintain stakeholder contact lists, research trackers, and the project knowledge base.
• Assist with survey administration and contribute to weekly synthesis of emerging findings.

Required profile

• Strong research, analytical, writing, and organizational abilities.
• Professional communication confidence with research participants and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and keep accurate records.

Required skills

• Proficiency with spreadsheets.
• Experience using online research tools.
• Familiarity with shared document platforms.

What we offer

• Contract position with a monthly salary of NGN 150,000 – 250,000.
• Hybrid work mode combining office and remote work.
