Logistics Operations Associate

About the role

The Logistics Operations Associate supports the daily flow of goods and information across our network. You will work closely with drivers, clients and internal teams to ensure shipments are tracked, documented and delivered on time. This position offers a solid entry point for graduates interested in logistics and supply chain management.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily logistics and operational activities.
• Track deliveries and maintain accurate shipment records.
• Prepare operational reports and related documentation.
• Respond professionally to customer enquiries.
• Collaborate with drivers, clients and operations staff.
• Maintain accurate data using computer applications.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and service standards.
• Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned.

Required profile

• OND, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
• 0–2 years of experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• High level of integrity, professionalism and willingness to learn.
• Resident of Lagos or willing to relocate.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office.
