Legal and Implementation Consultant

About the role

Crown Interactive is seeking a Legal and Implementation Consultant to bridge legal expertise with technology-driven project delivery. You will support the legal and compliance functions while ensuring that our enterprise, SaaS, and public‑sector software solutions are implemented smoothly and in line with regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, NDAs, SLAs, and partnership agreements.
• Ensure all operations and projects comply with relevant laws, regulations, and data‑protection policies.
• Advise management and project teams on legal risks and mitigation strategies.
• Liaise with external counsel and regulatory bodies as needed.
• Maintain and update internal legal documentation and compliance frameworks.
• Collaborate with clients to understand business and regulatory requirements during solution deployment.
• Translate contractual obligations and compliance needs into actionable system configurations.
• Support delivery and implementation of enterprise software and SaaS solutions.
• Conduct legal and compliance assessments as part of project delivery.
• Work closely with product, operations, and support teams to ensure seamless rollout and client satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B) with BL; LL.M or relevant certifications (e.g., compliance, project management) is a plus.
• 3‑6 years of combined experience in legal practice, compliance, or technology consulting.
• Strong knowledge of data‑protection, ICT laws, corporate governance, and public procurement regulations.
