Lease & Sales Marketer – Luxury Real Estate

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Lease & Sales Marketer to join our luxury real‑estate brokerage in Lagos. The role is full‑time and commission‑based, meaning your earnings will directly reflect the properties you source, market and close.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and capture high‑value properties in target locations such as Ikoyi, Banana Island, Victoria Island, Lekki and Eko Atlantic.
• Build and maintain relationships with landlords, owners, developers and facility managers to secure lease and sale instructions.
• Collect accurate property data, including photographs, measurements, terms and documentation, and record them in the company’s systems.
• Promote listings on the company website, property portals and approved social media channels, keeping information up‑to‑date.
• Respond to enquiries, generate and qualify leads, conduct property inspections and guide clients through the negotiation process.
• Close lease and sale transactions, ensuring all paperwork is completed and recorded.

Required profile

• Highly motivated and commercially minded with a strong desire to succeed in a target‑driven environment.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to work independently, build a personal pipeline and manage multiple client interactions.
• Comfortable with a commission‑only compensation structure.
