Learning & Development Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Learning & Development Analyst to join our Human Resources team in Lagos. The role will support the design, delivery and evaluation of training programmes across the PZ Cussons Group, ensuring that skill gaps are addressed and performance objectives are met.

Key responsibilities

• Support the collation of training plans across the Group, source vendors and implement training programmes.
• Design and deploy internal learning solutions to address identified skill gaps.
• Manage the performance‑management process, ensuring objectives and appraisals are completed on schedule.
• Coordinate recruitment and management of training vendors, review content and arrange logistics.
• Register trainings, maintain documentation and process reimbursement claims (minimum 70% yearly).
• Conduct post‑training evaluations, prepare reports and share findings with stakeholders.
• Oversee intern selection, placement, development and progress assessment.
• Maintain training data, history and manage training facilities.

Required profile

• First degree in Social Sciences, Economics or related field (preferred).
• Professional HR membership.
• 2–4 years of experience in a similar role within a large organisation.
• Strong negotiation, organisational and task‑management abilities.
