Lead Consultant

About the role

Bridgemead Advisory is seeking a senior‑level Lead Consultant to head complex advisory engagements for its clients in Lagos. You will work directly with executive teams to translate strategic priorities into actionable plans and deliver measurable business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end consulting projects, from diagnosis through implementation, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
• Partner with CEOs, Managing Directors and Boards to design operating models, governance structures and performance‑improvement initiatives.
• Drive organization design, workforce strategy, and enterprise transformation programmes.
• Identify new business opportunities, lead proposal development and represent the firm at client meetings and industry events.
• Mentor and develop junior consultants and analysts, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
• Maintain consulting methodologies, review deliverables for analytical rigour and ensure quality standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Management, Social Sciences or related field.
• Master’s degree or MBA is an advantage.
• Minimum five years (60 months) of consulting experience at a senior level.
• Proven ability to manage large‑scale transformation projects and build client relationships.
