About the role
The Key Account Manager – B2B will drive growth of Canon’s One Print portfolio across targeted end‑customers and strategic partners. You will build strong relationships, identify tender, MPS and DTS opportunities, and translate market insights into actionable sales plans.
Key responsibilities
- Map and qualify end‑customer projects (tenders, MPS, DTS) in each assigned country.
- Develop and nurture relationships with end‑customers to generate demand for the One Print portfolio.
- Identify, activate and expand strategic partners by vertical and geography.
- Educate partners on Canon’s value proposition and coordinate with sales managers, product managers and business development managers to implement product‑line strategies.
- Execute sales and marketing activities that drive pipeline and revenue.
- Support training and certification initiatives for partners (T2).
- Collect and analyse market data on Canon and competitors to refine strategies.
- Maintain accurate pipeline data in Salesforce (SFDC) for deal registration and sales development.
- Achieve revenue targets for each product line and increase Canon’s penetration across verticals.
Required profile
- Proven experience in B2B account management or key‑account sales, preferably in the printing or technology sector.
- Strong customer‑focus with a results‑driven mindset.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership and collaborate across functions.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Salesforce (SFDC) for pipeline management and reporting.
