Junior Full-Stack Developer

About the role

Superbo Media is looking for a motivated Junior Full‑Stack Developer to join its fast‑growing team in Lagos. You will work on both front‑end and back‑end features for client projects and internal platforms, collaborating with a distributed team across continents.

Key responsibilities

• Develop responsive, high‑performance UI components using React and Next.js.
• Build and maintain server‑side services with Node.js, integrating REST APIs.
• Design, implement and deploy AI agents leveraging Claude Code, ChatGPT APIs and other LLM frameworks.
• Own platform pipelines, write optimized queries for PostgreSQL/MySQL/MongoDB and monitor system performance.
• Participate in sprint planning, async daily syncs and ensure clean Git practices.
• Adapt to new client projects or internal brand initiatives as needed.

Required profile

• Entry‑level with up to 24 months of relevant experience.
• Strong written English for remote, asynchronous communication.
• Portfolio or GitHub profile showcasing authored code.

Required skills

• JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js, Next.js, Node.js.
• Python scripting and experience with AI agent development using Claude Code and ChatGPT APIs.
• Docker containerisation, REST API design.
• Database management with PostgreSQL, MySQL or MongoDB.
• Git version control (branching, pull‑requests, clean commits).
• Familiarity with Make.com automation (plus).
