About the role

Crown Interactive is seeking a proactive IT Support & DevOps Engineer to join its technology team in Lagos. You will provide first- and second‑line support for users while contributing to the design, automation, and maintenance of cloud and DevOps infrastructure that powers enterprise, SaaS, and public‑sector solutions.

Key responsibilities

Deliver first‑ and second‑line technical support for hardware, software, network and system issues.
Install, configure and maintain computers, business applications and peripheral devices.
Troubleshoot incidents reported via helpdesk, phone, email or in person.
Manage user accounts, including creation, deletion, password resets and access rights.
Monitor system performance, apply updates/patches and ensure endpoint security and compliance.
Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
Set up workstations, printers, video‑conferencing tools and mobile devices.
Provide end‑user training and create documentation for common IT tools and procedures.

Required profile

Detail‑oriented with strong problem‑solving abilities.
Technical curiosity and a passion for continuous improvement.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced, innovation‑driven environment.
