IT Officer

About the role

We are looking for an IT Officer to join our IT team and ensure the reliable operation of our computer systems, networks, clock‑in devices and surveillance infrastructure. The successful candidate will provide day‑to‑day technical support, maintain data integrity and help secure our digital environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot Windows and Linux servers, desktops and peripherals.
• Administer network equipment, monitor connectivity and resolve protocol issues.
• Manage user accounts, permissions and access controls.
• Support and service clock‑in machines and other hardware assets.
• Install, configure and upkeep surveillance cameras and related systems across all sites.
• Implement and monitor security protocols to protect data and infrastructure.

Required profile

• HND, B.Sc or M.Sc in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in IT support and administration.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Strong knowledge of network protocols and troubleshooting.
• Experience installing and maintaining surveillance equipment.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
