About the role

Ultraceeti Africa is seeking an Internal Lawyer to support its HR and employment law functions. The role combines legal expertise with HR policy implementation, ensuring compliance across the organization. This is a full‑time position based in Lagos.

Key responsibilities

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
Draft, review, and manage employment contracts.
Ensure compliance with labor and employment laws.
Handle disciplinary processes, grievances, and dispute resolution.

Required profile

Minimum qualification of BSc.
At least 3 years of experience in a similar legal/HR role.
