Indian/Lebanese Sales Representative – Building Materials

About the role

LESSO is looking for a confident, proactive Sales Representative to promote its building materials and industrial pipe products in Lagos. The role blends office‑based sales activities with occasional field visits to develop new business and nurture existing relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell building materials and industrial pipe products.
• Develop and maintain relationships with distributors, dealers, contractors, retailers and other customers.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and respond to enquiries.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate within approved guidelines and follow up on orders.
• Conduct market and customer visits when required.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer preferences.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare regular sales reports.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing.

Required profile

• Must be of Indian or Lebanese nationality and currently reside in Lagos, Nigeria.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in building materials, construction or industrial products.
• Experience dealing with distributors, dealers, contractors or corporate customers is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Target‑driven, confident and commercially minded.
• Willingness to travel within Lagos as needed.
