About the role
Kendall Travels and Tours Ltd is seeking a Reservation Officer to manage flight bookings and provide comprehensive travel support to its clients. The role involves handling reservations, offering travel advice, and ensuring smooth itinerary management.
Key responsibilities
- Book domestic and international flights using GDS platforms such as Amadeus and Galileo.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email, providing flight options, fares, and travel advice.
- Prepare and issue itineraries, manage changes, cancellations, and re‑booking.
- Search for best fares, ensure pricing accuracy, and advise on visa, baggage, and travel restrictions.
- Upsell tour packages, hotel bookings, and travel insurance while maintaining accurate booking records.
Required profile
- Minimum of 2 years proven experience as a Reservation Officer in a travel agency.
- Proficiency in GDS systems – Amadeus and Galileo (compulsory).
- Good knowledge of domestic and international airline routes and fare rules.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong attention to detail.
