Human Resources Manager

About the role

The Human Resources Manager will lead the development and execution of HR initiatives that support BMValues Integrated Services Ltd’s strategic objectives. Reporting to senior management, you will act as a bridge between leadership and employees, fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, and other issues.
• Manage the full recruitment and selection process.
• Support current and future business needs through development, engagement, motivation, and retention of human capital.
• Oversee performance appraisal systems that drive high performance.
• Maintain pay plans and benefits programs.
• Assess training needs and monitor training programs.
• Provide decision‑support to management through HR metrics and ensure legal compliance.

Required profile

• People‑oriented and results‑driven professional with at least 12 months of HR experience.
• Demonstrable experience with HR metrics and strong analytical abilities.
• In‑depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices.
• Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and manage interpersonal relationships at all organisational levels.

• Proficiency in applying labour law and compliance standards.
