Human Resources Intern – HR Support Role

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Human Resources Intern to support our HR team in Lagos. This role offers hands‑on experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee administration within the agriculture sector.

Key responsibilities

• Post job vacancies on recruitment platforms and screen resumes.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate communications.
• Assist with employee onboarding, orientation, and documentation.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Prepare employment letters, reports, and other HR documents.
• Support training sessions and employee development initiatives.
• Respond to employee inquiries and direct them to appropriate HR personnel.
• Help with performance management and employee engagement activities.
• Ensure confidentiality of all HR information.
• Perform general administrative duties such as filing and data entry.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of HR principles and practices.
• Strong organizational, time‑management and communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
