About the role
Scale NXT is seeking a full‑time Human Resources Coordinator to join its team in Ikorodu. You will be responsible for the day‑to‑day administration of HR functions, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with local regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Administer employee benefits and manage related documentation.
- Handle employee relations issues and support conflict resolution.
- Implement and monitor HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and contribute to HR strategy development.
Required profile
- Proficiency in HR management and general HR operations.
- Experience with benefits administration and employee relations.
- Knowledge of developing and implementing HR policies.
- Familiarity with local labor laws and compliance standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPM) are a plus.
