Human Resource Manager

About the role

The Kaelith Logevity Institute is seeking an experienced Human Resource Manager to lead its HR function. You will shape HR strategy, drive talent acquisition, and foster a positive workplace culture in a fast‑growing healthcare environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organisational goals.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention of qualified staff.
• Manage employee relations, conflict resolution and internal communication.
• Coordinate performance management systems and employee development initiatives.
• Identify training needs, organise learning programmes and support career growth.
• Administer compensation, benefits, payroll processes and reward programmes.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws, regulations and internal HR policies.
• Lead employee engagement, succession planning and organisational effectiveness projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Psychology or related field.
• 3–4 years progressive HR experience, preferably in healthcare or service‑driven sectors.
• Strong knowledge of employment law, talent management, performance and employee‑relations practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, organisational and leadership abilities.
