About the role
We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to manage the human resources function for our client organisations in Lagos. You will provide both strategic guidance and day‑to‑day operational support, helping clients build effective people strategies.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the HR function of assigned client organisations.
- Provide strategic and operational HR advisory support to clients.
- Develop and implement HR policies, processes and frameworks.
- Support clients with employee relations, performance management and workforce planning.
- Prepare HR reports and provide recommendations to improve organisational effectiveness.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in an HR business partnering role.
- Professional HR certification (CIPM) is an advantage.

What we offer
- Competitive salary between NGN 400,000 and NGN 600,000 per month.
