Group Performance Manager

About the role

The Group Performance Manager will lead the execution, governance and continuous improvement of CapitalSage Holdings’ Performance Management Framework across all subsidiaries and functions.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the effective implementation of the existing Group Performance Management Framework across subsidiaries, ensuring consistent application of processes and timelines.
• Coordinate the annual performance management calendar, overseeing goal setting, KPI cascading, quarterly, mid‑year and annual review cycles.
• Partner with Business Heads and HR Business Partners to align employee objectives with corporate priorities and ensure clear, measurable KPIs.
• Facilitate performance calibration and moderation sessions, analysing rating distributions and addressing inconsistencies or bias.
• Produce performance analytics, dashboards and reports to identify trends, gaps and talent insights for senior leadership.
• Support managers in addressing persistent under‑performance, including the design and monitoring of Performance Improvement Plans.
• Ensure compliance with the Performance Management Framework, maintaining accurate records, confidentiality and audit readiness.
• Develop and deliver training for managers on goal setting, feedback, assessment, calibration and handling difficult performance conversations.
