Hotel Housekeeper – Full‑time

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Hotel Housekeeper to join our team at Teestone Hotel and Apartment in Lagos. In this full‑time position you will ensure guest rooms and public areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and public areas according to hotel standards.
• Change bed linens, make beds, and replenish towels and toiletries.
• Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, and sanitize assigned zones.
• Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards promptly.
• Maintain housekeeping carts and replenish supplies.
• Document and hand over lost‑and‑found items following hotel procedures.
• Respond professionally to guest requests and inquiries.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation regulations at all times.
• Assist with deep‑cleaning projects and other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Minimum SSCE qualification.
• Previous housekeeping or hotel experience is an advantage.
• Good physical stamina and ability to perform cleaning tasks.
• Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
