Hotel Driver – Guest Transportation

About the role

We are looking for a professional driver to provide safe and courteous transportation for guests, staff and management of Teestone Hotel and Apartment in Lagos. The role involves airport pickups, transfers to meetings and attractions, and ensuring vehicles are well‑maintained and presentable.

Key responsibilities

• Transport hotel guests, staff and management to designated locations, including airport pickups and drop‑offs.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness, conduct daily checks of fuel, oil, tires, brakes, lights and other essential components.
• Observe all traffic laws, road‑safety regulations and hotel transportation policies.
• Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel usage and vehicle maintenance.
• Report any vehicle faults, accidents, damages or maintenance needs promptly.
• Assist guests with loading and unloading luggage when required.
• Plan efficient routes to ensure punctual arrivals and departures.
• Securely park hotel vehicles when not in use and keep them presentable.
• Support the hotel team with additional transportation‑related duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s licence appropriate for the vehicle being operated.
• At least 3 years of professional driving experience, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
• Good knowledge of local roads, routes and traffic conditions in Lagos.
• Excellent driving and road‑safety skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Courteous, reliable, punctual and well‑presented.
• Ability to remain calm and professional when dealing with guests.
• Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays and varying shifts.
