Health Project Manager – Core Group Partners (CGPP)

About the role

The Manager, Core Group Partners Project (CGPP) – Health leads the planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of the CGPP health initiative. Working closely with local partners, the role ensures high‑quality data, timely reporting and effective collaboration with community and sub‑national stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Support local partners throughout the full project cycle, from planning to evaluation at community level.
• Coordinate with the Monitoring & Evaluation team to guarantee accurate data collection and documentation.
• Prepare and submit narrative and donor reports on schedule.
• Track daily progress against milestones, work plans and overall project objectives.
• Facilitate partner networks, meetings and capacity‑building activities at provincial, district and community levels.
• Represent International Medical Corps in sub‑national forums and conduct field visits to assess impact.
• Oversee reporting systems, community feedback mechanisms and ensure responsive communication with target communities.
• Supervise field support staff and collaborate with district medical teams for proper service delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing health‑related projects in low‑resource settings.
• Strong ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for report preparation and stakeholder engagement.
• Willingness to travel frequently for field visits and partner meetings.
