Health Advisor

About the role

The Health Advisor will support clients in adopting healthier lifestyles by providing practical wellness and nutrition guidance. Working within Emador Nigeria Integrated Resources, you will help individuals set and achieve personal health goals while ensuring compliance with company policies and confidentiality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide clients with basic wellness, nutrition, and healthy lifestyle information.
• Educate individuals on health‑promoting habits and preventive wellness practices.
• Monitor client progress toward health and wellness goals.
• Offer guidance and encouragement to support positive lifestyle changes.
• Recommend appropriate health products, wellness programs, or lifestyle practices within company guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress.
• Communicate professionally with clients and address general health‑related questions.
• Follow organizational policies, ethical standards, and confidentiality requirements.
• Participate in training and professional development activities.

Required profile

• Minimum of an OND qualification.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Genuine interest in health, wellness, nutrition, and healthy living.
• Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to motivate and support clients in achieving wellness goals.
• Basic computer literacy and record‑keeping skills.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Willingness to learn and stay updated on wellness and health information.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Professional, positive, and client‑focused attitude.
