Growth & Client Success Manager

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Growth & Client Success Manager to drive client acquisition and nurture lasting relationships across our digital platforms. You will be the first point of contact for prospects, turning enquiries into paying customers for our counseling, coaching, and digital product offerings.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to enquiries on Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, Telegram, email and other channels.
• Convert enquiries into sales for sessions, programs, books, events and memberships.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline with consistent follow‑up and objection handling.
• Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities and guide prospects through the buying journey.
• Conduct outbound outreach to churches, schools, NGOs and corporations for speaking and training engagements.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM and generate regular performance reports.
• Collaborate with marketing and the CEO to refine sales strategies and improve customer experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Psychology or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, business development or client success.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong negotiation skills.
• Highly organized, self‑motivated and able to meet performance targets.
