About the role
This Graduate Trainee program offers a structured learning experience for recent graduates. You will rotate across multiple departments to gain a holistic view of how the business operates while receiving on‑the‑job coaching and formal training.
Key responsibilities
- Participate in workshops, training sessions and coaching to develop professional skills.
- Complete rotations in 2‑4 departments such as Sales, Operations, Finance, HR or Marketing.
- Support project teams with daily tasks, data analysis, reporting and presentation preparation.
- Identify process improvements and contribute to achieving team KPIs.
- Receive regular performance feedback and act on it to accelerate growth.
Required profile
- Minimum HND in a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

What we offer
- Monthly salary between NGN 150,000 and NGN 250,000.
- Full‑time, on‑site position in Lagos.
