Graduate Mechanical Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a graduate with mechanical engineering experience to join our team in the construction engineering sector.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the maintenance and troubleshooting of mechanical systems.
• Operate lathe, rolling, milling, and forming machines in production processes.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify and resolve potential mechanical issues.
• Collaborate with production and quality teams to maintain equipment reliability and product quality.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and quality standards during all maintenance activities.
• Participate in the installation and commissioning of new projects.

Required profile

• HND/BSc degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 2+ years of related work experience in an engineering company.
• Good problem‑solving skills and a hands‑on approach.
• Strong commitment to safety and teamwork.

Required skills

• Operation of CNC, lathe, forming, rolling, and milling machines.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
• Proficiency with engineering software (computer literate).
